Hadar & Nigel’s family bond was clearly present, and it just melted our hearts. Hadar wanted oranges at the Houppa to honor her father, so we mixed oranges with white flowers and olive leaves. For the henné, she wanted to respect the Moroccan traditions and Berber Jewish culture, so we mixed pampa grass with tamegrout jars (pottery from the Sahara), curated the gifts in gold embroidery tajines (called Tyafer), and added brass lanterns for the accent.
We hired a DJ from Ibiza and a live band from Paris. The stage was designed with mapping and LED screens. It was a 400 guests wedding, and the dancefloor wasn’t empty for a second!
